I've placed two orders recently. Both orders were for about $25 worth of gold. The first order went off without a hitch and I received my gold in person about 40 minutes after placing the order. After the first order going so smoothly I didn't hesitate to put in another one. This time it didn't go quite as planned. I selected the option for face to face transfer. Turns out they didn't even have the 80k worth of gold on the server. My main concern is that they should remove the face to face option if they don't currently have the stock to fill the order. I was able to create an auction listing and after contacting live chat a few times I did receive my gold about a day after my original order. These guys are definitely trust worthy, but don't expect to receive your gold immediately..

Used it a few times now. pretty good service over all. customer service could be quicker. gold delivery took awhile for 30-70k gold . but over all it is trust worth :).
