Easy to deal with. Nice and easy, I am going to use this service again, I made a small mistake and buggered my own character's name and I called and made the correction, I told them not to worry about 10 or 20% penalty as it was more than 6 hours, but it my mistake character but still gave me the 10% even when I was the problem. First time was A1 service clean, safe and quick. Second time was a problem but because of me, I got what I asked and it was then corrected and A1 service clean, safe, and quick or they will work with you to get the amount if any issues pop up. 5 out of 5.
